hello and Happy Easter lovelies,
SO… this post is kind of late I guess but that’s just how I roll (Just in Time. Always. 😉
This recipe is oh so easy, and, for a total chocolate enthusiast like me, it tastes amazing. No joke, amazing! However I’m just warning you now, that this isn’t a “healthy” recipe and if you’re looking for a totally instagrammable healthy/vegan dish, this isn’t it. But but but, if you are vegan then of course you can use vegan chocolate and lollies, it will work out just as well ! Here’s to the chocolate lovers!!!!!! Well, I guess my reasoning behind this attitude is that it’s Easter, so who cares. Let me know what you thought of this recipe in the comments! Enjoy xx
Half a packet of marshmallows (can use mini ones – would be cayoot)
Around 15 mini speckled eggs (mine are Cadbury, sooo good 🙂
2 large Turkish delight bars
Sprinkle of Nerds
2 packets of Cadbury Melts Chocolate buttons (500g)
- Line a lasagne/large tray with baking paper. Melt your chocolate buttons in the microwave, according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, chop you marshmallows in half and cut your Turkish delight into small pieces.
- Once your chocolate is melted, it’s crucial that you work quickly (you don’t want the buttons to reform again!!). Stir in the marshmallows, Turkish delight and nerds, and put the mixture into the lined tray. Place the speckled eggs on top and sprinkle a few more Nerds as you please.
- Place in fridge for a couple of hours, then serve and of course enjoy.
